1121 Seymour new Yaletown condos and townhomes

Wall Financial debuts new Yaletown condos and rental apartment project

A small but interesting new condo project currently under construction in downtown Vancouver has started marketing.

1121 Seymour Street is an upcoming 38 unit condo project in Yaletown across from Emery Barnes Park and built by Wall Financial. The homes will be complete in early 2017. The location is just a block off Davie Street.

There isn’t a lot of information on the project’s recently-launched website yet but here’s what we have learned:

The development is connected to a Wall Financial affordable rental apartment project also under construction next door at 1107 Seymour Street, on the corner of Seymour and Helmcken. The buildings are both being constructed at the same time and are designed by the same architect, but are completely separate with their own foundations, parking and no shared walls.

The condo building at 1121 Seymour will be 9 storeys and there will be three two level townhouse units at the front of the development.

The development will feature five units with two or more bedrooms, suitable for families. The remaining 33 units will be one bedrooms and studio units.

Garden plots will be available for residents in an amenity space on the 9th floor.

The condo building is being constructed between the Brava development and the rental development at 1107 Seymour and will feature a lush inner courtyard. Not to mention, Emery Barnes Park is mere steps away.

No word yet on pricing but this should be an interesting boutique development, with the added bonus of only being a year away from completion, something that is rare with presales in Vancouver.
