Condo prices in Vancouver continue to rise with most one bedrooms downtown going for over $500,000.

 

Global News reports that condo prices continue to rise in Metro Vancouver, with demand spiking from families now priced out of the single family home market.

Real estate experts say condo prices in Vancouver are up an average of 10 per cent and supply is limited.
