Former Burger King on East Hastings transforms into 388 Kaslo

Construction is well underway on a new rental apartment building on the former site of Burger King at East Hastings Street and Kaslo Street.

PCI Group is constructing a six-storey, 91-unit rental apartment building, above five retail units on the ground floor. There will also be 79 underground parking stalls.

The building will offer over 40 per cent two to three-bedroom rental apartments with an internal courtyard, and rooftop amenity areas with views of the North Shore.

The project will be targeting LEED® Gold® for Multifamily Midrise certification. The architect is Burrowes Huggins Architects.
