Although the building was completed only four years ago in 2012, the penthouse was completely custom-designed by local interior design agency, House of Bohn, and completed in 2016.

If you’re wondering where to store your fleet of luxury vehicles, not to worry — there is a private seven-car garage, as well as three storage units.

With B.C.’s 15 per cent foreign buyer tax, a foreign buyer could expect to pay $8,833,200 in tax alone — bringing the total price to $67,721,200. Plus, there are $70,000 in annual City of Vancouver property taxes due, plus strata fees, which are not specified in the listing, but likely run into the thousands of dollars per month.

Interestingly, this exact same property, before renovations was listed shortly after completion in 2013 for $22.3 million, according to Pricey Pads.

The previous record for the highest priced condo in Vancouver was at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, where a $55 million penthouse was sold to a prince from the Middle East, who paid cash in 2013.

This was a fake listing; just for PR and a publicity stunt.

The listing was removed after 7 days on MLS and all photos were removed on social platforms by the listing agent

    • That doesn’t mean it was fake.

Thanks for replying; this shows that you check comments. Now please edit your story regarding Trump Vancouver as it is misleading and factually incorrect.

        • Are you willing to be quoted and which agency do you represent?

          • John Doery

There is no need to quote me as all information is publicly available from BC Assessment as well as through the mls tax report. I am not an agent but I am just a student. My research was done through by contacting Holborn throughout the presale process to see how the price ranges differed during different phases of price increases.

The best part is how there is no hot tub.
