Concert Properties is putting the finishing touches on their Navio at the Creek development next to the Olympic Village.

The two tower Navio is part of the larger overall “The Creek” development, which includes a co-op housing building and market condominium tower Voda at the Creek. A third and final phase is planned for the parcel closest to Science World, and can be seen in the bottom left of the following rendering.

The two Navio towers are 12 and 14 storeys, and are located alongside a future 2.7 acre park which will be situated between the development and Ontario Street.

There are a total of 177 units, with 110 units being two bedrooms or larger. 18 townhouses line the ground floor of both buildings.

The buildings are targeting LEED Gold, and were designed by Rafii Architects Inc., in collaboration with Richard Henry Architect Inc.
