New renderings of Onni’s redevelopment of Burquitlam-area strip mall

Onni Group has revealed preliminary designs for their upcoming mixed-use development at 3355 North Road, on the Burnaby-Coquitlam border.

The renderings are included as part of leasing information for the 11-storey office building proposed for the southeast corner of the development, at Cameron St. and Lougheed Hwy. The development is just a block away from the City of Lougheed redevelopment, which will see up to 23 new residential towers.

In addition to the office tower, Onni’s development will include two residential condominium towers, at 32 storeys and 36 storeys.

The site is currently occupied by a strip mall with retail and office space. Occupancy of the new office building is targeted for Fall 2021.
