Rental apartments

Projects including new rental apartments across the Lower Mainland. With Vancouver's low vacancy rate and thousands of new residents moving to the city every year, developers are returning to the rental apartment market as rents have risen to levels that make new construction economically feasible. The City of Vancouver's Rental 100 initiative has also encouraged the construction of hundreds of new rental apartment units.
