New retail proposed for Robson Street next to Sephora

Option for a two or three-storey retail building at 1067 Robson Street

A new retail space is being pitched for the heart of Robson Street, next to Sephora.

Leasing agency CBRE is marketing a new two or three-storey retail space at 1067 Robson Street.

The site is currently occupied by several smaller retailers, and is located across the street from Zara.

The new space could be available as early as August 2019, according to a leasing brochure.

Robson Street is in transition, with several retail spaces vacant on the 1000 and 1100 blocks. The popularity of Nordstrom and a revitalized Pacific Centre is drawing shoppers eastward on Robson.

Several major brands are looking for space for flagship stores in downtown Vancouver, including Uniqlo and Apple. However, they would require a much larger retail space than this site would allow.
