Cambie Corridor development by Peterson planned on Ash Street

Peterson is planning a three-building development at Ash and West 35th in the Cambie Corridor.

The development application consists of 123 units across two four-storey buildings and one six-storey building, designed by GBL Architects, with a combined total floor area of 115,212 square feet.

The site falls within phase three of the Cambie Corridor Plan and will be near a future anticipated West 33rd Avenue Canada Line station. It will replace eight single-family homes, and include a land dedication to allow the city to connect West 35th to Ash Street.

There will be two levels of underground parking, accessed from the lane.

The rezoning application was approved at a public hearing on November 18, 2021.
