The new building will include commercial retail units on the ground floor, and 97 underground parking stalls. 260 bicycle parking spots will also be provided.
Thirty-five per cent of the units will be two or three bedrooms suitable for families, as stipulated by the Moderate Income Rental Housing Pilot Program policy.
The seventh floor will include an interior amenity space and access to a south facing roof terrace.
The site is currently occupied by two one-storey automotive repair buildings.
A community open house will be held on September 4, 2019, 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the Polish Community Centre, (4015 Fraser Street). The project will head to the Urban Design Panel on September 18, 2019.
