Secured market rentals for West 70th in Marpole

Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. has designed a six-storey, secured market rental building in Marpole.

The development, at 1325 West 70th Avenue, will include 65 secured market rental units and 50 underground parking stalls.

The building will include an indoor amenity space, as well as a rooftop patio for residents.

The application is being considered under the Marpole Community Plan.

The site is currently occupied by a three-storey apartment building, which was damaged by fire in 2018.

A community open house will be held on Monday April 6, 2020, 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Marpole Neighbourhood House, 8585 Hudson Street, Vancouver.
