A rezoning application has been filed for a site at SW Marine Drive and Manitoba Street, for a six-storey, secured market rental building.
Matthew Cheng Architect designed the upcoming development, which also includes a three-storey townhouse building. There will be a total of 46 secured market rental units and 10 parking stalls.
Units will consist of studios, one, two and three bedrooms. The new building will replace two single-family homes, and is being considered under the Marpole Community Plan.
