Family-friendly infill planned for 3300-block Kingsway

A modern, four-storey infill building is planned for 3327 Kingsway, with 12 secured market rental units.

The design, by Ankenman Marchand Architects, includes seven studios, two one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units. The ground floor consists of one retail unit.

An internal courtyard allows for natural light and circulation. Each unit will have a balcony and the top floor unit will have a rooftop deck.
