New renderings of glassy, angled office tower at Cambie and West 8th

MCM Partnership Architects have released new renderings of an upcoming office building at 525 West 8th Avenue, across from Whole Foods Market.

The eight-storey angled glass building will contain 63,000 sq ft. of office and retail space.

We first reported on this upcoming building in 2017. With the small commercial building on the site having recently been demolished, construction should begin soon.

The development is in a premium location, one block away from the Broadway-City Hall Canada Line station, which will also be the hub of the upcoming Broadway SkyTrain extension to Arbutus Street.
