A rezoning application has been filed for a six-storey condo building on Osler Street in Marpole, near the northern end of the Oak Street bridge.
Kunyuan International Group is behind the project, which will include 38 strata units over 59 underground parking stalls. The new building will include ground floor retail spaces and replace an existing two-storey commercial office and retail building with a surface parking lot.
Residents will have access to a second-floor amenity space with indoor and outdoor areas, as well as an outdoor amenity terrace on the fifth floor.
DA Architects + Planners says “a contemporary character is be proposed through the use of high quality materials and finishes, including dark charcoal brick cladding on the ground level, and grey metal panel cladding on levels two through four. The upper levels are clad in white metal panels to contrast the lower floors.
