Four years after the project was first offered for presale, construction on 8x on the Park is well underway with the tower making a big impact on the skyline.
The 35-storey tower in Yaletown includes rental apartments on the first 11 floors, and 278 luxury condominiums above. The ground floor will include retail and restaurant space, and a water feature adjacent to Emery Barnes Park.
The development was designed by GBL Architects.
