The 8x on the Park presentation centre opened in Yaletown Saturday to hundreds of eager buyers looking for details on the upcoming tower overlooking Emery Barnes Park.
The 35 storey tower is scheduled to complete in the fall of 2019 and features a wide selection of homes, from studios to over 100 three bedroom homes – a rarity in downtown Vancouver. There are also luxurious penthouses and a limited number of townhomes.
The striking tower was designed by GBL Architects and is being developed by Brenhill. Marketing is being handled by Rennie.

The presentation centre is spectacular in its own right, and definitely worth a visit. It’s located at 1149 Hamilton Street in Yaletown, and is open daily from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
