Holborn Group moves ahead with market housing at Little Mountain site

Holborn Group has submitted an application for its first market housing development at the Little Mountain site, at 5299 Main Street.

The eight-storey building will include 126 market condominiums, with ground floor retail space. Unit sizes will include studios, one, two and three bedroom units.

There will be two levels of underground parking with 218 parking stalls.

The curved design concept is in response to the three mature Norway Maples lining Main Street, with the façade curving around the trees.

Architects are B+H Architects Inc.
