YVR Airport is preparing to step up its food offerings, with more than 20 new food and beverage offerings set to open in the next two years, including many names you will likely recognize from around Vancouver.
The first of the new food and beverage options will open this summer.
New food and beverage options opening soon at YVR airport include:
Hawksworth Kitchen: The travel friendly menu — inspired by Chef David Hawksworth’s downtown Vancouver restaurants Hawksworth and Nightingale — will feature “farm fresh” cuisine including organic salads, oven-fired pizza, house pastas and cured meats.
The Dirty Apron: Vancouver’s premiere deli serving fresh baked breads and locally sourced seasonal produce and meats.
Wahlburgers: Boston-based burger chain owned by Chef Paul Wahlberg in partnership with two of his brothers, actors Donnie and Mark Wahlberg. This will be the burger joint’s third location in Canada — there are already two locations in Toronto, one of which is at the airport.

The International Terminal food market will be anchored with five made-to-order food stations including a grab-and-go section with 49th Parallel Coffee and a selection of baked on-site goods from Purebread Bakery.
The International Terminal market will also include a full-service seafood restaurant and bar concept.
