A transit plaza is planned at the corner of West 57th and Cambie, connecting to a diagonal pedestrian route through the site, through a central plaza and a new city park.
The towers will have a sculpted and articulated expression, and include large podiums topped by residential amenities.
The master plan for Cambie Gardens was approved through a rezoning in 2017, and several parcels on the site have already been approved for development. Onni is actively marketing the development online.
Architects are IBI Group.
The development application will go to the Development Permit Board on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room at City Hall.
