A six-storey rental apartment building is planned for a mid-block site on Kingsway, between Clark Drive and Inverness.
The proposal is under the city’s secured market rental housing program, known as Rental 100.
The building will include 31 secured market rental units over 16 underground parking stalls. There will be retail on the ground floor, as well as 100 bicycle parking spaces.
The architecture, by Stuart Howard Architects, is reminiscent of another project, also on Kingsway.
VyaLiving was designed by Ciccozzi Architecture and developed by PortLiving. It was completed in 2016.
An open house will be held on February 18, 2020, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Church of Nazarene at 998 East 19th Avenue, Vancouver.
