Belford Properties is planning four townhouse buildings with a total of 27 units at the corner of West 23rd and Yukon in Vancouver.
The four buildings will surround an interior courtyard, and the development will have a “modern, west coast feel” that highlights the surrounding neighbourhood’s character, according to the design rationale from dys architecture.
Of the 27 units, there will be eight units that will include lock-off suites. A lock-off suite lets owners securely rent a portion of their condominium, and was pioneered over a decade ago at SFU UniverCity. The lock-off suite has its own door from the hallway, and its own small kitchen and bathroom.
The development will sit atop a single level of underground parking with 48 parking stalls.
