Nanaimo & Grant Street slated for four-storey building

A development permit application has been filed for the first redevelopment in the C2 rezoned area of Grandview-Woodland.

Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has designed a four-storey, mixed-use building with residential and retail, for the corner of Nanaimo Street and Grant Street in east Vancouver.

There are 30 strata condominiums, including three townhouses on Grant Street. A total of 40 underground parking stalls will be provided.
