More densification on East Broadway near Commercial Dr.

Another day, another high-density redevelopment on East Broadway where single-family housing once stood.

Lotus Capital and architects at Omicron have applied to develop a six-storey apartment building at 2268 East Broadway near Garden Drive, containing 54 units over 60 parking stalls.

The building will replace three single-family lots, and is a 10-minute walk from the Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain station.

This is the second redevelopment project on this part of East Broadway to be featured on urbanYVR in the past week.
