A downtown Vancouver penthouse believed to be the largest oceanfront penthouse in Canada is back on the market.
The penthouse at Three Harbour Green was previously listed in 2016 for $58 million and at the time, covered here on urbanYVR.
Six years later, the property is back on the market, again listed by Juliana Jiao of Macdonald Realty, but for $9 million less, with an asking price of $49 million.
The Coal Harbour home measures over 8,000 square feet with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and approximately 4,700 square feet of outdoor space, part of which has been transformed into a 2,500 square foot Zen garden.
The living area features 20-foot ceilings, with interior design by Karin Bohn of House of Bohn.

“The home went through a complete renovation to bring our design vision to life,” Bohn says. “I wanted the homeowners to feel fully immersed in the 360-degree view. We custom-designed an onyx-and-marble tile floor with a geometric pattern to mimic the angle of the distant mountains, paired dark marble with solid oak hardwood, and brought in extensive millwork with beautiful details.”
The building is high-end, with 79 units over 31 storeys and includes an ozonated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, golf simulator, indoor squash court, theatre, table tennis room and guest suite.
The listing agent says there’s pent up demand in the luxury housing market in downtown Vancouver.
“Vancouver’s ultra luxury market has been re-energized. Given the return of product, interest, and consumer confidence, sales volumes now exceed pre-pandemic levels.” says Jiao.
