Two-tower Mirabel at English Bay condos coming soon to West End

Marcon has begun marketing for their two-tower condo development in Vancouver’s West End.

We’ve known for a while about the proposal at Davie and Broughton but now it has a name: Mirabel at English Bay.

The development will consist of two condominium towers of 18 and 19-storeys, directly west of The Jervis tower, which is currently under construction. It will replace two aging rental apartment buildings.

The new development will contain 153 units. There will be 68 social housing units in the podium, as stipulated by the city.

According to marketing materials from the developer, the development will be made up of two and three bedroom homes.

“The design of these residences centres around seamless indoor/outdoor living, providing homeowners with access to the most natural urban neighbourhood on earth and uncompromised views. A stunning example of West Coast modernism, the architectural style of Mirabel will be light and fresh, complimenting the surrounding environment.

By foot or bike, residents of Mirabel will be minutes from the beaches of English Bay, the wooded trails of Stanley Park, as well as the countless urban comforts and luxuries of downtown Vancouver.”

Presales for Mirabel are expected to start this summer.
