Intergulf Development Group has started marketing for their 13-storey Terraces at the Peak at SFU UniverCity.
The tower will feature 117 homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos and townhomes. A mid-century inspired double-height lobby will welcome residents home.
Two colour schemes will be offered — light and dark — and kitchens feature stainless appliances and gas ranges. Several of the units will have lock-off suites, allowing for easier home sharing and income generation.
Upper units will have spectacular views of Burrard Inlet and Howe Sound, as the building is located on the outer, north side of University Crescent.
Building amenities include a social lounge with kitchen, dining and study areas. There will also be a fitness studio; outdoor terrace with BBQ and children’s playground; and a landscaped garden.
Intergulf has been developing property at SFU UniverCity since 2004, when they completed the Novo residences, one of the first market condominium buildings on the mountain. The developer also recently completed The Peak tower, next to the site of The Terraces.
