Anthem Properties plans modern condo building on West 6th

Anthem Properties Group is proposing to develop an 11-storey condominium building on West 6th Avenue between Granville and Fir Street, in the Burrard Slopes neighbourhood.

The new building will include 50 units with townhouses at street level. Most of the suites are two or three bedroom units.

The development will feature a central courtyard with a green wall, and there will be private rooftop gardens throughout the development.

The façade will be made up of dark metal paneling, different colours of cementitious panels, glass and wood.

78 underground parking stalls are planned, along with 69 bicycle parking spaces.
