36-unit condo building slated for West King Edward and Ash

Vancouver-based Aragon Properties is planning a new condo and townhouse development at the corner of West King Edward and Ash.

The site at 582-588 West King Edward Avenue will soon be home to 36 units.

Unit sizes will range from studios to three-bedrooms, as well as five townhouses between the building and the laneway.

There will be a water feature at the main entry off Ash Street.

Amenities will include a 504 sq. ft. gym on the first level, in addition to a shared outdoor terrace located directly above on the second floor. This terrace will feature a dedicated children’s play area (play logs and sandbox), outdoor kitchen, and wooden benches and tables to accommodate outdoor seating.

39 underground parking spaces and 51 bicycle spaces are planned.

Architects are Ramsay Worden Architects Ltd., who also worked on Kits 360 and Chancellor Hall at UBC.
