Concord Pacific has begun sales of their first project in the Olympic Village, Avenue One.
A unique, curved 17 storey tower with 247 units is planned for the site at Columbia and West 2nd, across from the Hinge Park. Architects are GBL.
The building will have a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, starting at $550,000. One bedrooms start at 495 square feet. The project will be complete in 2019.
The ground floor of the building will be surrounded by a private water garden, and the units feature some unique features as well, including available heaters on the balconies, an automated touchless car wash in the parking lot, as well as electric vehicle charging outlets in all parking spots.
