Beautiful Bellevue by Cressey in West Vancouver

Bellevue by Cressey Development Group is an upcoming 16-storey tower featuring 35 luxurious private homes, each with an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Nestled on the shores of Dundarave in West Vancouver, Bellevue is designed to complement the surrounding nature. It’s also located close to restaurants and boutique shops along Marine Drive.

Bellevue offers homebuyers the chance to customize their living space by providing a wide range of layouts, styles and custom finishes. Homebuyers have the opportunity to customize their home until September 30, 2017.

The project will also include a two-storey amenities building, which will house a state-of-the-art gym and pilates studio, complete with two reformers and a ballet bar. There will also be an elegant indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna rooms.

Bellevue is a one-of-a-kind Cressey project and is unique in West Vancouver, Canada’s most prestigious municipality.

Cressey aimed to make Bellevue’s features attractive to downsizers. Features include:

  • Personal elevators for townhomes
  • Garbage disposal on each floor
  • Concierge to accept groceries and packages immediately
  • Large garages and storages spaces to store items while downsizing
  • Custom-designed pool with floor-to-ceiling windows
