More condos coming to Cambie Corridor at West 37th

Densification of the Cambie Corridor, particularly between King Edward and West 41st, continues at a rapid pace, with single-family homes making way for multi-family buildings.

At West 37th and Cambie, architecture firm GUD Group (Giant Union Design Architecture & Planning) has designed a six-storey condominium building with 22 units, and 24 underground parking stalls.

The new building will be next to a project at 5335 Cambie Street called “Contessa,” which should be complete by 2020.

The rezoning application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor plan. An open house is being held September 17, 2019 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Phoenix Gymnastics, 4588 Clancy Loranger Way, Vancouver.
