Cardero by Bosa Properties rises on West Georgia

Construction on Cardero by Bosa Properties continues, with installation of privacy screens around balconies on the west side of the tower.

The 26-storey tower, designed by Henriquez Partners Architects, includes ground floor retail and 45,000 sq ft. of office space in the podium.

The building will contain 119 units with interiors by BYU Design.

The exterior of the tower features dark glass, punctuated by balconies arranged in a staggered pattern.

The building is expected to be completed by summer 2020.

Fifteen Fifteen tower

The tower is across the street from an upcoming development, also by Bosa Properties, at 1500 West Georgia.

“Fifteen Fifteen” as the development is known, was designed by German architect Büro Ole Scheeren and will overlook the existing water feature, which will be reconstructed and revitalized.

The building structure is made up of glass-enclosed, cantilevered living spaces, and is being developed in collaboration with Kingswood Properties.
