Cadillac Fairview launches CF City Views podcast with Brent Toderian

Cadillac Fairview (CF) has launched CF City Views, a three-part podcast series featuring Vancouver and CF’s shared history of city-building, highlighting CF Pacific Centre. The inaugural episodes are hosted by Brent Toderian, an internationally-renowned consultant on advanced urbanism, and founder of TODERIAN UrbanWORKS. Toderian is also the former Director of City Planning for the City of Vancouver and vocal advocate for livable, vibrant cities.

Vancouver’s spectacular but landlocked location between mountain and ocean means the city has had no choice but to grow upward; and CF has played an integral role in helping transform the skyline over the past 50 years from one of a picturesque coastal town to a vibrant, modern metropolis. CF City Views gives listeners a behind-the-scenes look at the decisions, planning, partnerships, and most importantly the people who have inspired CF to transform communities for a vibrant tomorrow.  The podcast can be used as an audio guide, perfect for first-time visitors exploring the city, or locals looking to learn more about Vancouver’s evolution through a new lens.

A mainstay in Vancouver for the past 45 years, Cadillac Fairview is the largest commercial property owner in Vancouver, with over four million square feet of retail and office space across the Lower Mainland, including 12 office properties and two premier shopping centres: CF Pacific Centre and CF Richmond Centre. They have a strong track record of developing and reinvesting in its assets to ensure they maintain their best-in-class status.

Cadillac Fairview also has several major projects underway, including the redevelopment of CF Richmond Centre, which will transform the 27-acre site into a thriving, mixed-use centre for the community. As well, the West Georgia entrance of CF Pacific Centre is being transformed to replace the glass rotunda into a 18,000 sq. ft., two-storey pavilion retail building.
