Concert Properties is pre-selling Tesoro, an upcoming luxury condominium tower that will be the fifth and final building in “The Creek” development next to the former Olympic Village.
The 17-storey building was designed by ZGF Architects, in collaboration with Rafii Architects and Richard Henry Architect Inc.
The tower will have 91 market residential units over 155 underground parking stalls.
Most of the units will be two bedrooms or larger, and there will be four townhouses and four penthouse units.
Building amenities will include a fireside lounge, hot and cold plunge pools, sauna, steam room, and fitness centre.
Almost 20,000 sq ft. of the property will be dedicated to park space, aligning with a future city park on the east side of Ontario Street, running from the seawall, south to East 1st Avenue.
The landscaping around the building will be extensive, with a large reflecting pool on the Quebec Street side. Residents will also have access to a large amenity patio with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, with views of Science World and False Creek.
Tesoro is the fifth and final building for Concert Properties at The Creek — Navio (two buildings), Voda and a non-market housing co-op are all part of the community.
