Concert Properties has filed a development application for the final and fifth building of The Creek development, a signature tower overlooking Science World and False Creek.
The 17-storey building was designed by ZGF Architects, in collaboration with Rafii Architects and Richard Henry Architect Inc.
The tower will have 91 market residential units over 155 underground parking stalls.
Most of the units will be two bedrooms or larger — in fact there is only 1 one-bedroom and den unit in the development. There will be four townhouses and four penthouse units.
Almost 20,000 sq ft. of the lot will be dedicated to park space, aligning with a new city park on the east side of Ontario Street and the Olympic Village, stretching from the seawall south to East 1st Avenue.
The landscaping around the building will be extensive, with a large reflecting pool on the Quebec Street side. Residents will also have access to a large amenity patio with views of Science World and False Creek.
