Oh, to be a kid again.
The new Creekside Park is now open next to Science World, and kids can slide along a 22-metre zipline, among other adventures.
Measuring more than 18,000 sq ft. (1,700 sq metres), the new Creekside Park is the most accessible and largest park in Vancouver.
The playground cost $900,000 and features a climbing tower, giant tube slide, swings, play hut with ramp, musical instruments, water and sand play area.
Most of the play features are designed to be accessible to children in wheelchairs.
It also has 30 shade trees, seating, lawn and picnic areas.
Creekside Park is the latest new park to open in Vancouver —Â Clark Park is expected to open this fall, while a playground at Douglas Park will open mid-2018.
The new playground at Andy Livingstone Park opened in March.
