10-storey office building proposed for Yukon and West 6th

Cressey is proposing a 10-storey office building for the corner of Yukon Street and West 6th Avenue, on the current site of Craftsman Collision.

The new building will have two retail units on the ground floor, and office space on floors two through ten. There will be 290 parking spaces provided over five levels of underground parking, as well as 88 bicycle parking spaces.

The rooftop of the building will feature extensive landscaping and several areas for urban agriculture, as well as seating areas for office tenants.

The proposal recently received approval from the Urban Design Panel.
