Diagram by Cressey is an upcoming 14-storey office building in Coquitlam.
The site at 2992 Glen Drive is located near Pinetree Way and north of Coquitlam Centre, and is part of the developer’s M2 tower site.
Diagram by Cressey, designed by RH Architects, will be 77,976 square feet, with 55 strata office units and three retail units at grade. There will be 145 parking stalls.
Cressey estimates the office tower could be home to 250-300 employees daily once completed.
Cressey is hoping to start construction later this year and says the office tower could be completed by Spring 2023.
Nearby Coquitlam Centre will be redeveloped into a mixed-use, transit-oriented community with residential towers and civic buildings by its owners, Morguard Investments, over the next six decades.
