E15 Just off Main, a new townhouse development coming soon to East 15th and Sophia Street, is the first project for OpenForm Properties, a division of auto retailer OpenRoad Auto Group.
OpenRoad, a familiar name on local licence plate frames, also plans to develop their OpenRoad Honda dealership property on Kingsway in Burnaby into a 40-storey residential tower. A new Honda dealership will be constructed on Marine Way, also in Burnaby.
“We’re excited to parlay our experience building world-class dealerships and delivering customer service excellence for more than two decades. This is an exciting new venture that will see several new and unique multi-family developments coming to the Vancouver area soon,” said Christian Chia, director, OpenForm Properties and CEO, OpenRoad Auto Group.
E15 Just off Main includes 49 townhouses and is now the presale registration stage, with completion scheduled for early 2023.
The townhouse development, designed by MA+HG Architects and with interiors by Cristina Oberti Interior Design, will include studios, one, two and three bedroom units.
