Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties are teaming up on Fifteen Fifteen, a 42-storey luxury condominium tower at 1500 West Georgia Street, designed by German architect Büro Ole Scheeren, in collaboration with Vancouver-based Francl Architecture.
The distinctive tower, which will be erected at the gateway to downtown Vancouver, has been referred to as the “Jenga Tower,” because of its distinctive, glass-enclosed cantilevered living spaces.
It will be constructed adjacent to a 20-storey office building at 1500 West Georgia, built in 1978. The building is known for its large, cascading water feature, which will be restored as part of the development.
220 market residential units are planned, as well as a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor and seven levels of underground parking.
According to Bosa Properties, interiors will emphasize wood and other natural materials, reflective of Vancouver’s environment.
Amenities will include a double-height residents’ lounge with a fireplace and private dining room, as well as a fitness studio, valet parking and concierge.
Presales for the building have not yet launched — stay tuned for details.
