Hensley by Cressey at Lougheed Town Centre begins marketing

Hensley by Cressey near Lougheed Town Centre has begun marketing.

The 35-storey tower was designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc., who also designed the SOLO District towers in Brentwood Town Centre.

Hensley is the market condo tower of a two-tower development at Austin and Westview in Coquitlam, just east of the Burnaby-Coquitlam border.

The second tower will be a 22-storey market rental tower with 202 units.

Hensley will contain 272 units ranging from 550 sq ft. to 1410 sq ft., with a planned completion date in 2019.

One, two and bedroom units will be offered, as well as six townhouses.

The market residential tower will feature a health club with outdoor pool, hot tub and cabanas, as well as steam and sauna rooms and a fully-equipped gym.

A two-storey, glass-enclosed penthouse amenity space will anchor the upper floors of the tower.
