Cressey Development Group’s 33-storey tower, Hensley in West Coquitlam, begins presales in January 2018.
The tower was designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc., who also designed the SOLO District towers in Burnaby.
Residents will enjoy more amenity space than most developments, with a triple-height, glass-enclosed penthouse amenity space on the upper floors of the tower, featuring a fireplace lounge, games area, culinary kitchen, dining area, cocktail bar, screening room, and more.
Residents will also enjoy a ground-level health club with outdoor pool, hot tub, and cabanas, plus steam and sauna rooms and a fully-equipped fitness centre.
Jason Turcotte, vice-president of development at Cressey Development Group, says the recent completion of the Evergreen Line has fuelled increased demand for new homes in West Coquitlam.
“As Metro Vancouver develops, new density continues to follow rapid transit. With the completion of the Evergreen Line in recent years, there’s been an increased demand for Coquitlam development,” he says. “Coquitlam is an amenity-rich city with access to parks and existing recreational infrastructure, and the municipality is following a similar growth pattern to its neighbour, Burnaby.”
In addition to the tower homes, Hensley also features a limited collection of 16 sky homes, with living space over two levels and a unique, folding glass wall system that seamlessly connects the living room space to a spacious terrace.
