The City of Vancouver recently approved zoning changes to the Mount Pleasant industrial area to help establish it as a high tech corridor. The neighbourhood is also seeing new residential development along Main Street. Chard Development is preparing to launch presales for Elenore on Fifth, and Create Properties is selling condos at its Second + Main development.
