A land assembly of six single-family homes on East Broadway near Garden Drive will soon be home to a six-storey building with 87 condominium units.

Epix Developments Ltd. has applied to rezone the properties at 2209-2249 East Broadway to permit construction of the new building.

Unit sizes will range from 512 sq ft. up to 997 sq ft., although the exact configurations are not known at this time. Ground floor units will include large patios, and an amenity room will also be provided adjacent to the lobby.

There will be 95 underground parking spaces, as well as 109 bicycle parking spaces.

A community open house is scheduled for March 21, 2019, at a location to be announced. Architects are Taylor Kurtz Architecture and Design Inc.
