In preparation for their latest project in Surrey City Centre, Marcon is opening Surrey Pavilion, a mixed-use venue that is home to a new Nemesis Coffee location and a Sales Gallery for 102+Park.
The 2,600-square-foot cafe space will have 50 seats, with a patio slated to open in warmer months and an aesthetic celebrating natural materials like wood, steel, and glass. The cafe will feature Nemesis’s signature coffee, brunch, and baking programs. While familiar favourites will remain on the menu, the Surrey location’s full pastry kitchen will also allow for the addition of new exclusive treats.
For Marcon, this partnership represents the continuous evolution of how they present their projects and how consumers experience real estate.
