Momofuku Noodle Bar coming to Vancouver House

Momofuku Noodle Bar will open its first Vancouver location in fall 2020.

The restaurant, led by celebrity chef David Chang, will be located on the corner of Granville Street and Pacific Blvd., as part of the Vancouver House development by Westbank.

The location will be the third Momofuku in the world, joined by locations in New York and Toronto.

The restaurant is the first culinary offering to be announced at Vancouver House, which is nearing completion.

The development will also be home to Fresh St. Market — an upscale grocer — and London Drugs.

A large liquor store will also be part of the retail space at Vancouver House.

On November 27, Westbank will unveil the installation of its signature public art piece at Vancouver House — a 14 by 21-foot spinning crystal chandelier, hung from the underside of the bridge deck at Beach and Granville Street.
