Pacific Poke bringing trendy dish to Chinatown

The latest trendy food craze, poke, is coming to Vancouver’s Chinatown.

Pacific Poke is set to open their doors on Main Street in Chinatown as part of the 188 Keefer development.

If you’re wondering what poke is, you’re not alone. It’s a raw fish salad, traditionally served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine.

Ahi poke is latest iteration of the Hawaiian classic, and is made with ahi tuna, soy sauce, sea salt, green onions and other spices.

Pacific Poke is scheduled to open this September. Follow them on twitter here.
