Modern Passive House triplex for East Vancouver lot

A corner lot across from Woodland Park will be redeveloped into a modern triplex with passive house features.

Michael Lemon Architect designed the project at 644 Woodland Drive and East Georgia Street. The architect says the building’s straightforward form is representative of the Passive House energy efficient design.

The architect adds that meeting the Passive House building standard provides “a excellent example of how small scale housing can contribute to the City’s sustainability objectives, and responds to the current Climate Emergency.”

Two of the units will have rooftop decks, and all of the units will be two-bedroom or larger.
