Luxury condo in Patina with panoramic English Bay views for sale

A modern, luxury two-bedroom and den unit in Patina is on the market for just over $2 million.

The 1,272 sq ft. unit is on the 36th floor, and features panoramic views over the West End to English Bay. The unit is listed by Paul Albrighton of RE/MAX Crest Realty Westside.

Patina was built in 2011 by Concert Properties, and is one of the very few modern highrises in the area offering views of English Bay.

Most highrises with this view in the West End are over 25 years old. Patina is fully residential, with 256 units, and connected to the YMCA at Burrard and Barclay Street.

The unit is fully air-conditioned with luxury finishings including porcelain tile flooring; a European-style kitchen with integrated appliances from Miele and natural stone counters.

The two spacious bathrooms have Italian glass tiles, heated floors, marble surfaces and floating wood cabinets. The building features a fully equipped fitness centre, party room, outdoor patio area, business lounge, full-time concierge, visitor parking and pets and rentals are allowed. There are two side-by-side underground parking stalls.

As for the pinball machines, they’re collectors’ items and were purchased by a pinball machine special dealer. The two machines are Medieval Madness and Lord of the Rings, and the owner is known to have high-scores around town at pinball arcades for these two games. The Lord of the Rings machine was customized by the previous owner, with unique figurines and features installed. Unfortunately, the pinball machines are not included.

The unit is located steps from downtown’s best amenities, including the Robson Street shopping and entertainment district.
