Pier West brings tallest towers yet to New Westminster’s skyline

New Westminster’s skyline will be dramatically different in 2022, when Bosa Development completes their showcase project, Pier West.

Pier West includes two towers — 53 and 43 storeys — with a total of 665 units, ranging from one, two and three bedrooms to parkside townhomes.

The two buildings will be the tallest in New Westminster, and will be located directly on the waterfront, adjacent to a new city park.

Interiors will be high-end, with kitchens by Vancouver-based Inform Interiors and a full Bosch appliance package. All homes will feature air conditioning, and ceiling heights in excess of nine feet.

Residents will have access to amenities including an elegant dining room and kitchen, owners’ club lounge, BBQ, outdoor lounge with views, and a fitness centre with steam rooms and sauna.

There will also be 10,000 sq ft. of commercial space including a childcare facility; waterfront dining, shops and retail.

The towers were designed by Hossein Amanat Architect.
